- If I recall correctly, 4.0 compiled 32 bit programs just fine ... but
- it only RAN under Win3.x, not under Win32 (that is Win95 or WinNT).

- There _may_ have been a patch, check the Borland home page, ftp site,
- CIS forum or wherever they distribute stuff. You're probably better
- off just upgrading.
